2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon thin soy sauce
4 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons oil

2. heat the remaining oil in wok, saute ginger and meat for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the leeks, onions green peppers and curry, stir fry for 3-4 minutes
4. enter the cornstarch mixture and cook for 1 minute
5. add tomatoes and cook until sauce thickens. discard ginger pieces before serving
